The value for money at this hostel is unbeatable, it feels more like a luxury hotel! The room was top-notch with a smart TV and Netflix. The location is in a new neighborhood overlooking the port and the staff, especially Jane, the owner, is incredibly friendly and helpful.
The menu for breakfast could have a little more variety.

had an amazing honeymoon in Ha Long and decided to stay at this hostel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the sea. We loved the family atmosphere and the convenient location near cafes and restaurants.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were really respectful and helpful, offering to drive me to the front entrance of the village. The showers were fantastic, with shampoo and soap available. The breakfast was delicious and unbeatable for the price. The rooms were great with sea views and really quiet. I also enjoyed the small pool and sauna.

The property is modern, stylish, and clean. the staff is friendly and helpful, and can communicate fluently in English. Rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds, good showers, and lovely sea views. the breakfast is delicious, and for an affordable extra fee, guests can take part in a fun, spring roll making class. the hostel also has a small pool and sauna.
The property's location can be a bit isolated, with little atmosphere around it. Guests may need to walk a bit to get to the main city area, which can feel deserted, especially during the low season.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a TV and private bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, and offered us a taxi service whenever we needed it. The location, although a bit far from the center of town, was quiet and peaceful.
The hotel was situated in a remote area of the city, away from the hubbub of the center. There weren't many restaurants or shops nearby, so it was difficult to find food or souvenirs.
